It’s completely normal to feel unmotivated and unproductive at times—especially during this time. Today I’m sharing ways to stay motivated and productive during quarantine.

Scroll down on ways to stay motivated and productive during this time.
Stay in a routine
Set your alarm clock, wake up early, and have a to-do list. You’ll have a higher chance of being more productive when you have your day mapped out.
Get a natural boost
Sometimes we all need a little boost to get us through the day. I’ve been taking Eboost Super Powder Mind + Body Energizer to increase my energy and focus. It’s a blend of vitamins, electrolytes, antioxidants, nootropics, natural caffeine, and other daily essentials to lift your mood and increase focus & energy. Each packet contains 1,000 mg of Vitamin C, and 100% daily value or more of Vitamin D, B3, B6, B12, folate, zinc, selenium, copper, and chromium. These come in three different flavors: acai pomegranate, pink lemonade, and orange. These taste super yummy but only have 5 calories per serving and 0 g of sugar. On top of that, they contain no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners.

Limit TV and video games
Set a limit for how long you watch tv or play video games. While it’s more than ok to indulge in some tv or video games, too much isn’t. The more tv you watch or games you play, the less motivated and productive you will feel.
Learn something new or educate yourself
If you have extra time on your hands, use that time wisely and learn a new skill or educate yourself on an unfamiliar topic.
Mind and body energizer? Sounds amazing
It’s been hard to stay motivated during this time. Thanks for sharing. I’m checking out the vitamin c supplement right now : )
