My Thoughts on Beauty Bakerie

I have been dying to to get a taste of Beauty Bakerie ever since they first launched! Between the baking theme and the packaging, I love the entire aesthetic! Not to mention, Beauty Bakerie is a black female owned indie brand that is vegan and cruelty free. So, I was SO grateful when Beauty Bakerie sent me some goodies to try out to share a review for you guys.

My Thoughts on Beauty Bakerie

HD Flour Setting Powder

I was super excited to try to their famous setting powder! Let me tell you, this powder makes the under eyes look flawless! This powder is long-wearing and does’t have flashback. I like how this powder sets makeup without making it look dry. Although, I do think this powder looks more flattering with not so matte foundations. On top of that, the baking-inspired packaging is super cute! This powder comes in translucent, yellow, pink, and brown.

Matte Lip Whip

I’m really impressed how this liquid lipstick is literally smudge-proof—you can eat, drink, etc with no problem! The Matte Lip comes in 16 beautiful shades. I got the shade Bubble crisis, which is a pretty pink with a cream finish.

Lip Whip Gloss

This gloss feels so comfortable on and isn’t sticky (one of my pet peeves!). Oh, and did I mention this gloss smells just like cupcakes> The lip whip gloss comes in 3 shades. I got the shade snickerdoodle, which is an earthy tan.

Cotton Candy Champagne Blush Palette

If you’re into glowy cheeks, you will love this palette! The blushes in this palette are so buttery and pigmented! Most importantly, this palette suits different skin tones. Though, I would like to add that if you have texture or large pores in your cheek area, you may want to avoid this palette because these blushes are shimmery and will accentuate texture and pores.

Beauty Bakerie is now available at Beauty Bakerie and Ulta

So there you have it! Just a little taste of Beauty Bakerie and my thoughts on some of their sugary sweet products! Let me know what you think! Have you tried any products from Beauty Bakerie? If so, what are your thoughts?

  • Sounds like a great line of make up products. I use Mary Kay make up because I am so used to it but I am always willing to try new things.

  • Okay I am a sucker for packaging and I am IN LOVE with this packaging. Thanks so much for the awesome review, off to check out this breand!

  • Whaaatt?!?! A lipstick that doesn’t smudge?! I have to try this and that powder because my under eyes drive me crazy! I have never heard of this brand before so thanks for the review!

  • I am not much of a makeup person, but this is so cute! I hadn’t heard of this makeup line before, but I’ll have to give it a try.

  • The packaging is so cute! I am pretty minimal when it comes to makeup and won’t buy new until I’ve used up what I have. My daughters on the other hand are obsessed with makeup and I bet would love this set!

  • I’m with Krysten – the packaging alone is irresistible. Kind of like wine labels, right? I’ll keep an eye out for this one at Ulta the next time I go.

  • I have never heard of this brand, but I love hearing about a lipgloss that isn’t sticky! That’s one of my biggest pet peeves!

  • It all looks so cute!! I would love to add this to my collection of makeup that I rarely ever use and it just kinda sits there lol.

  • I have heard a lot of good stuff about Beauty Bakerie. I didn’t have the chance to try it yet. I’d really wanted to try it out these matte lips whips.

  • I rarely use make up, but still do from time to time. Gotta try Beauty Bakerie one day, maybe it will change my attitude towards make up in a fundamental manner. 🙂
