Grab A Bite At The Beacon Bagel

With Beacon only being less than a 40 minute train ride on the Metro-North to Manhattan, artsy Beacon is a must town to visit while in the area. While in Beacon, I decided to grab a bite at The Beacon Bagel. The Beacon Bagel is located at the end of Main Street coming from the river side. I particularly love how The Beacon Bagel’s menu has a lot to choose from. In fact, The Beacon Bagel even has a selection of food that caters to vegans. Since I was trying to eat healthy especially after cheating during the holidays, I decided to get egg whites, spinach and swiss tomato on a whole wheat bagel. which is referred to as ELI on The Beacon Bagel’s menu for only $4.75. The bagel was deliciously fresh and the food came out rather quickly. All in all, The Beacon Bagel has a very cozy and Brooklyn atmosphere to it and I will certainly return next time I visit Beacon. With appetizing food and afforable prices, The Beacon Bagel will not disappoint.
